Ferndale Repertory Theatre

Best Places's Review
In keeping with its National Historic Landmark status, Ferndale has no movie theaters. It has something better: the Ferndale Repertory Theatre. Converted in 1972 from a movie theater, the 267-seat house hosts live performances by actors from all over Humboldt County. The revolving performances run pretty much year-round and range from musicals to comedies, dramas, and mysteries. Tickets are reasonably priced and, due to the popularity of the shows, reservations are advised. For more information on Ferndale’s upcoming events and activities, visit the town’s website.
